Shipping & Delivery


Orders are typically shipped in the order they are received. Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email as well as an update in your customer account. Ground and international shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Note that processing and transit days are business days only (Monday-Friday, non-holiday, weekends and holidays are not counted as business days).

For time sensitive orders please be sure that billing and shipping information is consistent with your credit card data as processing may be delayed.

At Jase New York we take great pride in the quality of our products and the customer service we provide. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase or you would like a refund or exchange on a faulty item(s) please see the information below.

We do our best to ensure inventory levels are maintained on our site.  In the event that an item ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know when your desired product will be back in stock.  Alternatively, you can exchange your order for a different frame, or receive a refund.  Your shipment will include a packing slip outlining the products ordered.  Your order confirmation email will serve as your receipt. Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped within the state of New York.

Sorry, Jase New York does not currently accept returns. If a product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturers defect, Jase New York accepts exchange of that product within ten days of purchase. Jase New York does not warranty lenses against scratching. Warranty is valid only if purchased through an authorized Jase New York Dealer. Any alteration of products will void warranty.  Please direct any questions regarding our return policy to before ordering. If you wish to cancel an order, contact with your name and order number. A full refund will be issued if the order has not yet been shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a refund to be issued.

To ship your items back, Pack all your items in the original package along with your name and order number. It's a good idea to get a tracking number for your package. Please note, we cannot make your exchange if your package gets lost during shipping. Send your items to the address below. You can use your preferred carrier. If your returned item(s) is deemed faulty we will gladly exchange it for a new frame of your choice. Claims are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
